Portrait of Tom Kench in a linen shirt, standing beside a warm plaster wall

About

Tom Kench

I photograph rooms, crossings, and the hour when a place is almost empty. The work is made on foot, with available light and a short lens, then left close to how it was seen.

Salt Hours is the current set: piers, ferries, stair landings, and tables after someone has just stood up. Prints are made to order.
